1. Domestic Shipping Policy (United Kingdom)
Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Bank Holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following shipping options through DHL for the United Kingdom:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier-specific issues or peak seasons.
2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your DHL tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly on the official DHL website or through your G'Lores account.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
G'Lores is based in and operates within the United Kingdom. Prices displayed on our website include all applicable local taxes. For any inquiries regarding VAT or local charges, please contact our support team.
4. Damages and Lost Packages
G'Lores is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact our support team at mysupport.glore@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
5. Incorrect Address Policy
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer during checkout, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the package. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.
